So you may be wondering what motivated me to start Body Comp Cryo, a mobile lab for fitness testing and recovery. When I started strength training at a very young age, gyms consisted of only a few barbells and homemade machines, and there was almost no such thing as “recovery.” Having competed in bodybuilding for over 15 years, I dealt with my share of nagging injuries; many of which were due to overuse and my own stubborn refusal to take time off from the gym. I was always searching for new ways to speed up the healing process so that I could recover as quickly as possible and resume my training.
I have years of experience as both a health club owner and a personal trainer, and one of the most difficult tasks of the job was convincing my members that a simple scale does not show true results. Gaining weight does not necessarily mean fat gain and losing weight does not necessarily mean fat loss. My experiences lead me to this business model, Body Comp Cryo. The recovery side of the business offers the most advanced technology in recovery so that athletes can recover from injuries as quickly as possible. The fitness testing side of this business, on the other hand, utilizes the most efficient body composition technology to show athletes honest and accurate results of their training, motivating them to continue achieving their health and fitness goals. Until now, the services provided by Body Comp Cryo were only available to professional or collegiate athletes. My main objective is to partner with all types of fitness centers and corporations as well as healthcare providers, competitions, and events. I look forward to bringing this exciting technology right to your doorstep so that you can offer your members the most advanced methods for fitness testing and recovery. |
